SOLUTIONS
We develop and manufacture high-quality precision tooling, known to retain its long-lasting precision. Our award-winning innovations make the tool changing process faster, safer and extremely accurate.
LMRM Mark-Free Bending Solutions
The sliding friction will produced in the traditional bending, so there will be scratches on the outer surface of the product (the smaller die radius, the the more apparent scratch). In order to solve this problem, LMRM provides a variety of non-indentation tooling structures to reduce or avoid the indentation of the workpiece during the bending process.

Offset Bending
Offset bending is a solution that makes two equal and opposite bends in one hit, it is usually used to form two bends that are too close together. The production is in one stroke and a set of tool suitable for different sheet thicknesses and materials.
Hemming Bending
Hemming can eliminate sharp edges and burrs of the product, another advantage is the thickness of product can be increased with the hemming of edge and strengthen the final product.
Large Radius Bending
Large radius bending is usually producing an inside radius that is at least 8 times the material thickness. Large radius tools consist of radius holder and radius insert.
Adjustable Die
Our company Lianmeng has large-scale high-precision processing equipment such as gantry CNC milling and 12m CNC surface grinder. The adjustable die can be processed with an overall length of 12m to ensure the overall consistency of the notch length direction.

Frequently Asked Questions
A: Customizing press brake tooling to fit specific job requirements can be a complex task. Consulting a design engineer with expertise in this area can prove to be a cost-effective solution. By specifying the required angle, radius, and tolerance, the engineer can tailor the tool to meet the exact needs of the job at hand.
A: Selecting the appropriate press brake tool radius is critical to ensure optimal bending performance. As a general rule, the punch tip radius should be at least 60% of the material thickness. For air bending of sheet metal, the minimum achievable inside radius is 0.60 times the material thickness.”
A: Effective bending of Z-shaped parts on a press brake machine can be achieved using standard punch and die if the size of the part is relatively large. However, if a one-hit solution is desired, an offset tool may be necessary. LMRM provides an extensive range of standard offset sizes, featuring four standard angles of 90, 140, 150, and 160 degrees, as well as flattening inserts, to cater to varying bending requirements.
A: To achieve a smooth surface finish on aluminum, stainless steel, and painted surfaces during bending, it is necessary to use a press brake tool that is specifically designed to eliminate marks. LMRM offers a range of solutions to meet this requirement, including dies with rollers, polyurethane inserts, or Rolla-V dies. By selecting the appropriate solution, the desired level of surface finish can be achieved, even for high-precision applications.”
A: A hemming press brake tool is a specialized tool used in metal forming to create a hemmed edge on a metal part. The hemming tool is designed with a unique shape that allows it to fold the edge of the metal material back onto itself, creating a strong, reinforced edge. This process can be used to create a variety of shapes and sizes of hemmed edges, depending on the specific needs of the project. Overall, the hemming press brake tool is an essential component of the metal forming process and helps to create strong, durable, and aesthetically pleasing metal products.
